As Founder and Senior Director of PrimeHarbor, Stephen is responsible for the overall management of the firm. Including acquisitions, marketing, contract arrangement, and relationship management. His experience spans over a decade of successful investing in the public and private capital markets, bringing specialized knowledge including real estate analysis and investment valuation. Prior to forming PrimeHarbor, Stephen spent many years in commercial banking and financial services. Where he worked on large scale debt financing transactions and gained valuable knowledge in the real estate investment process from due diligence, acquisition, rehab, leasing, and disposition. Stephen is also a Series 7 License holder and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
